Chef Fest is a celebration of high-profile dinners, interactive cooking classes and culinary experiences, amazing wines and activities. This celebrated event is part of the Four Seasons Food & Wine global series and featured some of today’s top chefs coming together to cook, teach and entertain in an intimate and relaxed beach setting. 

The all-star lineup of chefs featured: Seamus Mullen (Tertulia, El Colmado – New York City and author of Hero Food ); Amanda Freitag (The Empire Diner – New York City, Chopped, Iron Chef America); Marco Canora (Hearth, Terroir, The Next Iron Chef, author of Salt to Taste); Ben Ford (Ford’s Filling Station – Los Angeles, author of Taming the Feast); Aaron Brooks (Four Seasons Hotel Miami) and Ned Bell (Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver); and Massimo Falsini (Four Seasons Resort Hualalai). 

Throughout the cooking demos, dinners, yoga, golf and paddling, we provided our signature infused waters, focusing on fresh, local ingredients including star fruit, pineapple, mango, papaya and dragon fruit. The resort and staff are world class. We are thrilled to have had the opportunity to participate in this celebrated event.

California Quivers Enhanced Iced Teas and Infused Waters were served at the this years 97th Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California. Enhanced Iced Teas & Infused Lemon Water was served in pitchers on every table at the Rose Bowl Kickoff Luncheon on December 31, 2010. The following day, January 1, 2011 Infusion Jars of CQ Lemon Cucumber & Strawberry Basil were served at the Tailgate and the VIP Tailgate.

Grant Park, Chicago, IL - August 1-10, 2010, CQ was served infused waters and cocktails at Lollapalooza.

“CQ was a huge hit at Lollapalooza serving over 8,000 drinks during the Festival.  Artists, bands and the promoters enjoyed the product in their trailers and private after parties. Throughout the event, we were constantly running to replenish CQ water stations and martini bars. Everyone loved CQ!
